Olympics coverage has me miffed.

Olympic fever has griped a nation!!

How surprising was it to see CBC look at the medal standings and suggest that if Quebec separated Canada would flounder as Quebec seems to be the breeding grounds of great winter talent. Are you kidding me?!

So while we are competing in a great showing we want to remind a nation that our togetherness is tenuous at best. Some ass wanted to bring politics into the celebrations. Well that ass should lose his job!!

Quebec pays more to their athletes. Quebec has more hills than say Saskatchewan and maybe just maybe a wee bit more useable snow. But the big thing and i mean big, where the hell do you think the dollars to support those athletes is coming from? The Olympics is not about splintering, it's about coming together. Grow up!
